No frills, no gimicks, just good beer and good people. Eluvium Brewing Company is a small brewery dedicated to producing high quality, high flavor session beers. Founded by owners Jon and Shea Varner in 2016 and bringing the dream to reality in the fall of 2017, we are on mission to share the beers we like to drink with Weaverville and North Carolina. Currently we keep ten of our beers on tap. We also serve an have cider, wine, and some alcohol free drinks on hand.

Explore the exhibit in our visitor center to learn more about the life of Zebulon Vance and his political impact on the state. Check out our calendar of special events or drop by for a Mountain Farmstead Tour, offered Tuesday-Saturday at 11:00, 1:00, and 3:00. No time for a full tour? The site is completely self-guided. Just grab a map and explore! We also offer special group tours and field trips for schools and summer camps.

We are a small family operated alpaca farm in the lovely Weaverville, NC. We are home to close to 25 alpacas, 2 Great Pryneese guard dogs, and 2 miniature guard donkey’s. Along with selling alpacas and offering mentoring support we also have a small farm store with products made here on the farm, we offer some of our barn space for small private parties, and we have multiple Open Houses throughout the year. We are open by appointment ONLY. We would love to show you the farm and share with you our love of fiber farming,

We are a small production brewery with a sweet little tasting area that is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 1-6 pm. We are closed on other days in order to brew or bottle. We are located in downtown Weaverville which is just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville.

We offer small pours and flights of both the beers that we have bottled as well as experimental small batches available only at the brewery. Chilled bottles are available for enjoying on or off premise as well.

The name Zebulon was chosen because it just sounds awesome, and it starts with a Z which is always cool. There is the famous explorer Zebulon Pike, and of course the USS Zebulon from Star Trek! We just think it sounds bad ass.

At Sunny Point, we like fresh ingredients so much we have our own garden adjacent to the restaurant. During peak growing season, staff works daily in the garden harvesting ingredients for our specials – hard to get much fresher! Feel free to walk through our garden before or after your meal. Our café is small, but we do have a covered outdoor dining area, as well as tables in the garden, so you can dine al fresco most seasons. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the patio. Dinner is served starting at 4:00pm Tuesday-Saturday, and yes, you can order items from our breakfast and lunch menu in the evenings. We are busiest weekend mornings, but have provided plenty of shaded seating so you can relax while waiting for your table.
