We are a small family operated alpaca farm in the lovely Weaverville, NC. We are home to close to 25 alpacas, 2 Great Pryneese guard dogs, and 2 miniature guard donkey’s. Along with selling alpacas and offering mentoring support we also have a small farm store with products made here on the farm, we offer some of our barn space for small private parties, and we have multiple Open Houses throughout the year. We make nearly everything from scratch, we select our own produce from the WNC Farmer’s Market, and we grill the best burgers in town! We have six local draft beers as well as a great selection of bottled beer and wine. Chef’s Menu additions are ever-changing, and we have a kids menu too!

In 1955, two Georgia neighbors opened up a restaurant that would change the world. Joe Rogers Sr. and Tom Forkner were living in Avondale Estates, GA, when they decided to open a 24-hour, sit-down restaurant for their friends and neighbors, focused on people on both sides of the counter. That first restaurant opened the door to create the Waffle House brand that you see today.

As this movement began to expand, new restaurants were built in Georgia as well as neighboring states, and the “Yellow Sign” soon became a familiar landmark along city streets and interstate highways across the country. We are a small production brewery with a sweet little tasting area that is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 1-6 pm. We are closed on other days in order to brew or bottle. We are located in downtown Weaverville which is just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville.

We offer small pours and flights of both the beers that we have bottled as well as experimental small batches available only at the brewery. Chilled bottles are available for enjoying on or off premise as well.

The name Zebulon was chosen because it just sounds awesome, and it starts with a Z which is always cool. There is the famous explorer Zebulon Pike, and of course the USS Zebulon from Star Trek! We just think it sounds bad ass.
